Terms of Accommodation – Morpheas Apartments

General Information and House Rules

Check-in: 14:00 – 23:00

You may arrive at any time during this period. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can assist you accordingly.

Check-out until 11:00

Guests may use their room until 11:00 a.m. For check-out until 18:00, there is a 50% charge of the daily rate. After 18:00, the full daily rate applies. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with reception, as the room may be reserved for new guests and needs to be cleaned in time.

If your departure is before 09:00, please inform us the day before, so we can provide the best possible assistance.

To activate the electricity in your room, please use the card that accompanies your key.
Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Taking items such as pillows, towels, blankets, etc., out of the room is not allowed.
Many sunscreens leave yellow stains on sheets and towels that are difficult to remove even with strong detergents. If you notice such stains, please be assured that the items have been properly washed, but unfortunately, the stains may remain.
Peaceful and Pleasant Stay: At Morpheas Apartments, we prioritize the peace and comfort of all our guests. Therefore, quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00. Please avoid loud noises during these hours.
Parties and events are not allowed at the property.

Use of Air Conditioner & Ceiling Fan

Please do not use the air conditioner with doors or windows open, for energy saving and efficiency.
For cooling, we recommend setting the temperature between 26°C and 28°C. While sleeping, it is advisable to choose a temperature that gently cools, but does not chill.
For heating, the ideal range is 22°C to 24°C.
For dehumidifying, set it between 21°C and 24°C.
If your room has a ceiling fan, the fan light is controlled with its own remote.
